Great assistance and good recall after visiting previously 3-4 weeks ago.

Tyrone was exceptional in how he spent time understanding my needs and offering sage advice. His product knowledge was outstanding and he really knows his customers needs. I was not expecting this level of service on a day where I knew there would be a flash sale. My entire family was in the store and we left in awe of his commitment and dedication to his customers, fellow employees and employer.

Abdul was very helpful. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us what we wanted to find, quickly. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave us enough info to make an informed decision. The ordering process was quick and hassle free also, so overall we were very satisfied with the level of service we received.

I was extremely satisfied with Tyrone who works at the staples corner branch in London. As soon as I walked in and mentioned what I was looking for, he showed me the product and other varieties and explained in detail the pros of each item. He also helped me pick a bed which was in respect of my budget. We placed the order together and he took me through the whole process step by step without trying to rush me. Overall the best service I've come across in a very long time. Will definitely be coming back and already recommended Tyrone and the store to my friends and family.

Superb assistance from Marwan who was very knowledgable and friendly and devoted a lot of time to us. I cannot assess the product we purchased until it is delivered and we live with it.
