Tyrone was very patient and helpful in ensuring we picked a bed and mattress which suited our needs, budget and requirements

The gentleman that served me was very knowledgeable and polite. Also took his time with me. I haven't received bed yet so can't comment but it felt comfortable in store.

The young male who helped myself and Sister was very helpful and gave us his time to explain all to us , not pushy, plus a nice cup of tea , while we made up are minds

We were served by Tyrone French who we found to be personable., friendly, charismatic but most importantly knowledgeable! My partner and I were buying beds for our first home together and we dropped into Dreams on the off chance to see what was in there after just leaving the Ideal Home Show. Tyrone offered assistance but wasn't too pushy. He definitely knew his stuff, I have never spoken to someone with so much knowledge on sleep, beds and mattresses. He put us on the sleep machine (apologies cannot recall the name of it) and this allowed us to understand what kind of mattress suited us best,, steering me away from a foam mattress to something more adequate for my partner and I. Tyrone was considerate of our budget which I had made quite clear and worked with us to get the best value for money products that we could. I think his customer service skills are the best of I have come across and it was refreshing. I would definitely recommend this Dreams but particularly Tyrone to anyone I know wishing to purchase a bed etc. We left happy and all sorted for our new home!

Louis was very helpful, and did not pressure us at all. We bought a bed from him, as well as a mattress, and two pillows, because he was fully knowledgeable of the products and knew what products would suit our needs. I don't like a hard sell, but Louis explaining both the pros and cons of each of our options, as well as alternatives when we didn't like certain items helped us greatly.

Ali from Staples corner branch was of great help. Great Sales person as my intentions was to browse. Nut he won me over with the pitch regarding the Deacon bed. With no typical salesman over bearing pressure. His a credit to your organisation. Please pass this on. The manager Turk was great too as their was a glitch with your card systems and reassurance with the offer of tea and coffee which is rare in most shops offered to me and my partner. Great gift for my partner and I'm excited to see our new bed come May. Regards. Darren.
