I was served by Dreams colleague Amira. Amira greeted my partner and I, she was very pleasant, she offered us a drink, we carried out the sleepmatch test on the equipment in store. Amira was extremely helpful, she was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Amira also gave us advice about pillows. We had visited the store in February 2019 initially and we met Amira on that occasion. We were very impressed with Amira's customer skills during that visit, and we were very pleased that upon returning to the store in April 2019 we were lucky enough to visit on a day, when Amira was again on duty. Amira remembered the product details we had liked during our visit in February, which was very impressive. We would say that Amira is a complete asset to the Dreams organisation, and will definitely be recommending Dreams to family and friends. Thank you very much.

The whole experience felt genuine, I walked in and i was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Marwan did a fantastic service and I would definitely come back and would most definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The Colleague was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable understand my choices and giving me the best options. He makes sure I understand my products and the care of it answer all my concerns. Very patient in serving the customers Very pleased.

Very helpful service from the sales advisor

Amira was incredibly helpful on my recent visit to dreams. She was a large part of why I bought the bed in the first place. She was fair and wasn't pushy at all. Honestly she made me feel so welcome when I came into the store, offering me a drink and even showing me the different types of mattresses on display. Absolutely 10/10 service!

Louis Zaidman was extremely patient and helpful with my families needs, he done everything possible to ensure our requirements were met and his knowledge of the difference in the mattress products was great.

The guy marwan was amazingly attentive and didn't push us in to a ridiculously expensive mattress. We tried the machine and it was a wonderful experience but suggested quite expensive mattress. 10/10 for service and for the tea.

amira organised two deliveries to come on the day for me, shes an asset to dreams, thank you amira!
