Dreams - Staples Corner

Tyrone at the Staples Corner branch was absolutely incredible with my family and I; he spent substantial time listening to our needs and patiently going through numerous options with us together with the perfect social grace and skill. He was infinitely polite to my parents and made the experience enjoyable.

I was highly satisfied because the staff were really helpful and nice. Also it was arranged really nicely and helped me find what I need quicker

The visit to Dreams today was amazing. We have definetly been matched to our perfect matress and pillows and the service recieved by Tyrone French was outstanding

Louis, our assistant was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was able to make good suggestions for our needs after listening and understanding them. His sales tactics were precisely what we would look for, friendly, intelligent but not pushy. He enabled us to leave and get lunch to allow us to make a decision and we did.. returning to the store within 45 minutes to make the purchase.

Our sales assistant Louis was knowledgable and friendly but without being pushy and over bearing. He listened to our needs and very quickly identified what we wanted.
