The girl who helped was knowledgable, friendly but not overly pushy. The store was nice and airy. We were offered a drink. All in all a really pleasurable experience.

The store staff, attentiveness and knowledge were of the highest standard. They took time and care to listen to and understand my needs and requirements. The whole process and staff friendliness made my experience pleasurable and satisfying.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile I wasn’t rushed and all my questions was answered as I wasn’t sure what I wanted the assistance help me to understand the correct bed for me it made my trip all the more present, So I was very happy that Nadd looked after me, I've already told all my friends.

We were looking rfor a new super king size mattress. Cameron (at Brent Cross) was very helpful and friendly; after we tested on the sample bed that identifies one's personal characteristics and makes recommendations, he took us round each one of the mattresses that had been suggested, discussed merits and demerits of each with us, gave us sensible advice (he was clearly experienced), and we were happy to proceed with the order on the spot. (Since then, the mattress has arrived, and is altogether satisfactory.)

Abdul helped us select a mattress. He listened to our requests at the start and then selected new products for us to try based on our feedback on each mattress. His product knowledge was fantastic. He also gave us the space to discuss and not feel hounded. Great service.

Ali was extremely helpful and informative. He filled us with confidence even if we were a bit sceptical about spending so much on a mattress. He was also able to answer any questions we had. Thank you!
