Dreams - Staples Corner

I was met within a few minutes of coming in the doors by a friendly assistant. I had no idea where to start and he managed to in a non pushy way to talk me through my habits and help me make a decision suited to my needs and budget. The sleep analyser was good fun and confirmed what I thought! Just super quick, easy and stress free.

We were approached by the salesman as soon as we entered the store. Very politely introduced himself and assured his assistance when we were ready.

Me and my fiancé went into the dreams in Watford on the 25th May. Prior to the visit we had already had an idea of what we wanted, by searching online. We just wanted to do into the store to see it in the flesh. The staff member (Callum) who served us at the Watford store was rude and grumpy. We went to dreams in Staples Corner the next day (26th of May) and had an amazing experience staff were friendly. Marwan served us. We purchased the Wells K Grey Fabric Bed in the king size and a mattress.

Malvan in staples corner processed my order very quickly and efficiently I then decided to change the size of my bed-which he also handled with great patience-thank you!!

I like the mattresse I bought
