Upon entering the store I was greeted very well by the Sales Person. I was given an introduction Sleepmatch as to how my mattress would be selected which was very interesting. I was able to try several mattresses before making my decision and given a pillow to use whilst testing. Throughout the time I was offered a refreshment. I had Excellent Customer Service from Abdul.

I was satisfied with the customer service I received from Abdul at the Brent Cross branch. He seemed very enthusiastic in helping us find the right bed and mattress. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The customer service level was outstanding , one we entered, the sales person greet us with a big smile, then offered us a coffee, that was very kind. My visit was about checking prices only, not willing to buy, but the trust I found in that sales person, made me take the decision to buy. This is what happens when professional sales people get into the right position. All the credit goes to mr Turk, the sales person who gave my all the information and answers. Many thanks mr Turk.
