When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. They offered us a drink and invited us to take the sleep match test which was so helpful in allowing us to choose our mattress. After we identified our perfect match, we were shown the different pillows. The staff were friendly but professional and had great product knowledge.

Very attentive and polite staff. The manager offered my son a balloon to keep him busy while we looked around for a bed frame and matress. The sleep night experience was also very interesting and helped us buy the perfect matress. Everything was explained with clarity with tea/coffee and water being offered. Placing the order was straight forward and was even offered a duvet we actually needed at a very good price. We will definitely be going back to buy the guest room bed and matress. Amazing customer service. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and patient. When we went back for a third visit to make our order the advisors remembered us, greeted us and offered us drinks. They apologised for any wait when dealing with other customers and they were extremely knowledgeable when it came to the products - I left highly impressed.

The team were mostly friendly and helpful. We asked for help with the sleep technology and used that to guide our decision. When making our order the member of staff was helpful and a good salesman without being pushy!
