The choices of beds and mattresses where good and the staff were very helpful in as the knowledge of the products allowed me to choice the correct bed

My partner and I first went to the Dreams shops in Staples Corner a couple of months ago. Abdul assisted us with the Sleepmatch and then presented us with our options and let us have some time to ourselves to explore and try out everything. We came back a few weeks later to try the same beds again and Abdul was helpful and explained about the ordering process and answered any questions we had. We finally came back a third time and decided on our mattress and Abdul was there to help us choose everything. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were very pleased that we were able to interact with him from start to finish. I have already told a friend about our positive experience and my partner and I are very much looking forward to receiving our new bed soon.

Everything. Yashant was considerate, helpful, informative, didn’t try to actively push products but gently made me aware of options, offers, etc. Perfect service and I like the bed frames I purchased. This feedback is pre-delivery but if all goes well then it’s a perfect experience.

Amira gave the best service I’ve seen in awhile, very polite and informative, put me on the machine for mattresses and found what was best suited for me, the staff made me feel welcome, offering tea and coffee and keeping my kids entertained

Nada was amazing. She helped us understand which mattress is right for us and took extra time to ensure we were happy with what we chose. We will place a larger order with her in the coming months

I Initially came in to have a look but because of the sales and amazing service I received from marwan I thought there is no time like the present and bought my mattress.

Needed 3 beds and mattresses quickly, walked into Staples Corner branch and found what we needed at a good price within a few minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free delivery was set up with ease. Beds and mattresses arrived (at two different addresses) on time, delivery team were helpful, friendly and efficient Extremely satisfactory experience at the shop and with the deliveries.
