I had pre booked the 3 minute session to identify the right mattress, from entering the store we were served by a lovely lady called Amira. She was highly professional, had a mask on at all time and so patient as we tested out mattresses. She was so knowledgable and there wasn’t a question she didn’t have the answer for, and trust me we asked a lot of questions! We went for a base with tv built in and honestly we probably wouldn’t of bought had it not been for how helpful, patient and knowledgable Amira was in store! Cannot rate our experience high enough and cannot wait for our dream bed to arrive!!!
