The person who assisted us - Jahmal (staples corner store) - was extremely kind, patient and presented us with really good choices for a mattress. He was really knowledgeable on the different products and gave us time and space to consider the brilliant options he presented us with, whilst also being on standby for any questions we had! He was an amazing representation of what good customer service is and is the main reason why we would want to purchase from dreams again.

As soon as we walked in Elizabeth greeted us,then we were been taken to sleep match to check which mattress best suited us which helped us narrow down what we should be buying.

Myself & Fiancè were firstly greeted by Elizabeth who could not have been more friendly, she asked us questions to understand our needs and was extremely patient with us whilst we tried and went back to numerous mattresses, she explained all about the cover for the matteress and bed to be repaired over the years if we were to need it. She made sure we were looking at the right matteress and guided to alternatives when we wasnt sure. Elizabeth also explained the finance options to us. She then introduced us to Chris the store manager who provided us more information on the finance and helped with the figures, both of them could not have been a better team with us which resulted us in not only getting a matteress,bed and headboard but getting the one we really had our eye on which was the most expensive, typical of us! Chris and Elizabeth are a credit to your store and I would recommend both of them to anyone who was in the market for a new bed! A massive thank you to them for everything!
