The sleep experts were very friendly on arrival and explained the process of the social distance guidelines. They then took us to the sleep match bed and were able to find the right mattress for my partner and I. We are very happy with the choices we made and even went back the next week to purchase another bed.

The person who assisted us - Jahmal (staples corner store) - was extremely kind, patient and presented us with really good choices for a mattress. He was really knowledgeable on the different products and gave us time and space to consider the brilliant options he presented us with, whilst also being on standby for any questions we had! He was an amazing representation of what good customer service is and is the main reason why we would want to purchase from dreams again.
