A lovely girl called Amira helped us out as soon as we got there. She was extremely helpful and patient with us. She stayed an hour over just to ensure we got everything we needed. I really appreciate that level of customer service. Hope she gets a bonus this year!!! :) Covid measures were adhered to which i liked.

We were able to make a early morning appointment Lawrence showroom salesman greeted us at the door he asked whether we would like to use the hand sanitizer . He was very polite patient & professional very well-spoken nice clear English.he asked if we would like to take the sleep match test once again he was patient and made us feel very comfortable and very accommodating if only other shops had a Lawrence salesman of their own explain about the different types of mattresses and how they were made and reassured us that we could take as much time as we needed we was also offered bottles of water thank you very much Lawrence

Very professional and friendly staff . We have several problems with our back and Chris helped us explaining everything about the mattress we tried. We Will truly recommend the Dreams experience.
