Nada was a brilliant sales assistant. She had great product knowledge and was able to help us find the perfect mattress and understood all the back complications I suffer from. She was extremely patient and her sales pitch was always around ensuring we find the right mattress for us. Making a sale or the price of mattress was the last factor in all the demonstrations which was refreshing

I’ve had a really great customer service from buying mattress & pillows / delivery of mattress/ coming to store to buy bed However the next day if I bought mattress and bed as 1 I would have got 20% off If I knew this from the start I would have bought it all together. This is my only issue. Thanks
