The experience it the shop was amazing, we arrived in the store before closing time but the shop assistant called Amira provided excellent customer service to us and answered all the questions we had. She helped us to choose the right mattress and a bed frame. The overall experience was fantastic. We had a sleep match facility in the store. We got a bottle of water during our visit - all the safety measures ware provided. ( social distance etc.) I would highly recommend the store in Brent Cross for everybody who is looking for a lifetime mattress!

Our sales assistant Elizabeth was absolutely lovely and a big factor in getting us to spend over £2,000 without going to another shop to compare. We understand she is a trainee, but she was very knowledgeable about the products, very friendly and enthusiastic, and fantastic at building rapport with us despite wearing face masks. You should promote her immediately!
