Upon arrival, the greeting in the store was friendly and engaging. I completed my purchase with Amira who was helpful and well informed on the product offering and explained the mattress offerings in detail. I was offered a few ways to pay for my purchase which was helpful for such a large purchase. I had a query on using my Nectar card as there was a promotion online to gain points. Although I could not use my Nectar card in-store, the manager, Chris was very helpful in finding an alternative way for me to complete my purchase. I was impressed by how professional Chris and Amira were and will certainly visit this particular store at Staples Corner again. In fact, the mattress and bed I am replacing were purchased at the Dreams store on Wembley High Road back in 2006! So you have a repeat customer :) I would also like to add that I was instore with my sister who also purchased a bed and mattress so keep up the good work Dreams!

Despite the store being very busy, Amira was extremely efficient yet professional. During the sale process, which does take a bit of time, both Amira and Chris (the manager) were friendly and chatty making us feel comfortable. Altogether a very agreeable shopping experience. Given paper towels to cover beds whilst trying them for comfort, height etc., Explanation regarding construction, pocket springs, amount of springs ( in thousands) topping matresses, and return policy.
