Nada took us through three options, never pointing us to the most expensive but allowing us to choose through her advise. Her product knowledge was amazing. I'm not an easy shopper, especially when spending over £1000....leaving the store I had spent an additional £200 on pillows, Nadas upselling. Nada has peoples skills worth investing in.
