Excellent service, friendly approach and very informative.

Nada the store assistant at the Staple Corner store was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the products she showed us. She had actually visited the site where they make the mattress we purchased, so we knew the information she provided was factual.

Because we found what we were looking for and the customer service was very good! Nada, who works for you, was extremely helpful and friendly!

I was very impressed with the price and Roberta who helped me was very knowledgable although she was brand new!

I was approached and asked if I wanted help by a very friendly person. I had shopped at the store before and the person found our previous order straight away so we could compare what we have with something else. The person helped us choose and then placed the order very quickly and efficiently. I came out of the store very happy.

I was the second customer in the Staples Corner store following its reopening after lockdown and the first to make a purchase ! I had the undivided attention of the store manager, Chris, who was at pains to make sure the whole sale process was followed to the letter and social distancing/hygiene precautions were clear. I was happy with the choice and quality of the chosen bed and the price and extremely satisfied with next day delivery!
