Nada served us at Staples Corner. She was very patient and knowledgeable and assisted us with our purchases. She was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with.

Nice welcome into the store and a great costumer service given by a young Asian man. He was very helpful and was happy to show us around.

I believe her name was Elizabeth she was so kind and helpful received excellent service.

Our salesperson (I think his name was Chris) was very good. He was not pushy but gave advise based on which we bought. I was hoping for a harder mattress but got one which was about 85% of what I wanted so I was satisfied.

I was very comfortable with the girl " Roberta " she explained to me all the types of mattresses and she invited me to use the sleeping machine which was a very nice experience. In less than 20 minutes iv found my perfect mattress and they delivered it to me in 2 days. I can definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

I was just amazed and impressed with Abdul's service and professionalism. He made our shopping very effortless and not over bearing or overloading with information or like just waffle. Abdul took very good care of my wife and I offered us water and to use the sleep machine to help us to decide the best option as this was a very important purchase for us and our new home. In general he made us very happy customers which we have already begun spreading the word and will be using Dreams personally again in the future. Fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable staff. We first spoke to the manager at Staples Corner (Chris) and he guided us through several options before a wonderful SA called Nada took over. They were both extremely helpful and really took their time to discuss our needs. We did spend a small fortune but they made the experience worthwhile. Thanks a million
