He made us to feel comfortable to stay more in this shop and choose what we really likes. His body language was very polite as well as his words. My husband and I were welcomed immediately by Abdul who was very helpful and informative without being pushy. Talked us through what we wanted and showed us different options allowing us time to make up our minds. The store was clean and well organised providing hand sanitizer and covers for mattresses we lay on. It was all together a pleasant experience being assisted by Abdul - Thank you

Both Roberta and Chris were really friendly and helpful. We arrived during a really busy period and so both of them were trying their best to manage our needs alongside other customers as well as monitoring the number of customers entering the store, so as to keep to covid safety guidelines. They both made us feel at ease as we explored the store and found a bed that worked for both my husband and I (No easy job when we are polar opposites!). Roberta was new to the role and whenever she wasn't sure of something, she checked with Chris, which we really appreciated, having previously experienced some sales people who would just make it up as they went rather than making sure we had accurate information to help us with our purchase. We left the store with a smile on our faces and feeling of being treated like valued customers. They are both a credit to the company.
