The assistant was knowledgable and very happy to assist us with all our questions. We took a very long time to decide but she was patient and gave us space . We felt valuable.

We had Amira look after us and answered all.our questions in a relaxed, friendly and very professional manner.

The service from Elizabeth was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed upon entering the store. I was impressed with the options given for various mattresses suited to my needs. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and gave fantastic customer service.

I have always been very apprihensive going into a bed store to purchase a bed, as many times i have been it seems the sales people only want a end of goal of making that final purchase and sometimes you can be made to feel as you are a nusience to them. However, this time was very different. As i entered your Dreams store in Staples corner i was met by the most welcoming lady (elizabeth) she welcomed both my sister and me to dreams,completed our sleep report, talked us through the options and shared experiences of what the beds were like and took into consideration my hip and the problems i had with it. and even though we did not purchase the bed on that day she was fine and said whenever you are ready come back even if you want to just try the bed again to be sure. this level of customer service was the reason i returned to Dreams the following day and made my purchase. Elizabeth is an assest to your store and company, my experience in purchasing bed was second to none and i would go back again to see Elizabeth to purchase a bed for my son to. For me customer service goes beyond value for money even without the discount i would purchase the bed just because of her.

Started off with Elisabeth one day who was fantastic / measured us for the right mattress . Returned and had Riz complete everything after a few changes . The Manager in the meantime was exceptional at making sure everybody was being served correctly and offering advice along the way

Amira greeted me as soon as I entered the store. The store was clean and well kept. Amira paid attention to what I needed and I didn't feel like she was selling me products for the sake of it. She gave me time and attention. Amira has great product knowledge and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I have been to other bed stores and I feel very pressured to buy, hence why it took me over a year to finally go in to a store. Amira was patient and gave me all the time I needed. Amira offered me water and I got to try the mattresses that I was matched with for as long as I needed.
