Chris and Nada were incredibly helpful and attentive. They never rushed us into making a decision and were incredibly patient with us and all the questions we had! They were both very knowledgeable on all the different mattresses and bed frames available - even those that weren’t in the store!

Everyone was really nice and helpful. They took the time to make sure we were purchasing the items that most suited us and the offers at the store were really good. Purchased an amazing mattress for a very competitive price so I'm extremely happy about my experience there.

Large store lots of choice. Abdul was very attentive and helpful, really knew what he was talking about and guided me to buy what I hope is a great mattress.

The person who served me took her time with me and understood my back problem which was why I was looking for a mattress. She showed me a number of different types and used the machine to work out what I should go forward but took the time to listen to really hone in on what I needed

The lady who assisted us ( name beginning with an N ( forgive me )), was polite , friendly , knowledgeable, professional and just totally brilliant. Zero improvement necessary.

I received amazing service from Ali at the Staples Corner branch, he was patient and took the time to help us find the right product. As a first-time bed buyer, I had no clue what I wanted, Ali solved that with ease and I am more than happy with the service I got.
