I was assisted by Elizabeth at the Dreams Store branch in Staples Corner. She was phenomenal - she made me feel welcomed, at ease, and gave me great customer service - including providing valuable advice and being patient as I tried out the different mattresses and pillows. Ultimately, she helped me to find my dream mattress and bedframe. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Our customer service rep Nada was just fantastic. She greeted us immediately, and was the perfect balance of warm and professional all while being very knowledgeable about the products. She wasn’t “sales pitchy” and was able to answer all of our questions, and was largely why we are able to make a same day decision because there was no pressure. She deserves to be recognized and she is an asset to your team.

Chris the store manager provided exceptional customer service. The store was short of staff, but he ensured we were well looked after and gave us time to make a decision plus kept coming back to check we were ok whilst serving other customers.
