Due to sheer incompetency the wrong product was ordered by the 'assistant manager' and whilst we were there my husband was dealt with so rudely. The wrong bed was delivered, once again due to the sales rep ordering the wrong bed after me confirming so many times which bed to order. once the wrong bed was ordered and delivered, I informed the store and naturally was very angry. Then the manager rescheduled the correct delivery to a later date which was really inconvenient for me and I was not even compensated for this sheer incompetent behaviour. Instead I was told I'm not being charged for the extra my bed should have cost which in actual fact was not compensation as i was already sold a bed at that value and that's my right anyway and secondly it made no difference for me as this was a bed for my spare room! No customer satisfaction, no recognising customer needs it's just purely pathetic. Completely unhelpful staff to add to the insult! I now have to wait another week for the correct bed to be delivered and have an unassembled bed sitting in my house. This is my 4th and definitely last bed from dreams!

Your cancellation policy is rubbish, ripping off people money I paid £57 to cancel the order next day I will never purchase anything again or recommend to anyone

I was not told I cannot change my mindt if I decide to cancel an order. They were not helpful to me once the order was made. All you are interested is fooling customers into buying your products

I purchased a bed at dreams staples corner. The costumer service was disgusting, even after bringing it to the guys attention he continued to show no interest.
