We were met as soon as we entered the store, we were invited to scanner and then shown the 3 options recommended. Staff member was very helpful and made the whole experience very efficient as we had limited time.

Everything was handled with professionalism The sale assistant was very helpful he did everything he could with all my enquiries He made me comfortable and relax

The assistant Abdul was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful and the shop well laid out clean and shoppable. Slightly confusing when choosing what headboards go with what beds hence why we needed help from Abdul. We went to a few other bed stores but choose Dreams as the beds look good, although nit the best value as quite expensive, and we wanted to give the deal to Abdul as his service levels much better than elsewhere
