The worst experience ever, Iv been a retail manager for 18 years I’m always polite to sales staff and give them the benefit of the doubt but the salesman was rude and arrogant from the start and square up to me!!!! For simply asking him if they did a particular range I did visit the branch 2 weeks earlier & I was served by the same sales person who failed to impress back then I tried to avoid him but I didn’t want to be rude but within 1 mins we fallen out and to make the matter worse he went to the manager to complain about me instead of the manager trying to find out what happened he started giving me dirty looks!!! Despite all this I placed my order just to prove to him I wasn’t wasting his time This branch is run by a bunch of misfits and clowns who needs to be re-trained in delivering good customer service to save the good brand of dreams They simply lacked all the good quality of a good salesmanship which consist of discipline, respect and product knowledge I wish I could give the 0/5 as they don’t deserve 1 star

I went in. I knew exactly what I wanted. It was available. I got quoted a delivery date. When going through payment, your systems crashed. I had to redo all of the paperwork on another site used for credit. This finally went through. After waiting for 40 minutes, your employee then went to check on the delivery date. There were none available. Because it took so long to get the payment sorted, I missed out on a delivery date. Now. Here is where salt is really rubbed in to the wound. I have been told that the model in which I have paid for has been discontinued. So I can either reselect or cancel. That's it. I have credit set up for a bed I can't get. This whole process has been horrendous. I was told I would have a call back yesterday. No one called me back. I tried to call the branch. No one answered. I tried calling again today, and the mailbox was full. The phone didn't even ring. I'm at such a loss as to what I can do next. I'm devastated that the bed I wanted, selected and paid for is no longer there. And there seems to never be a manager to talk to. I will be calling customer service tomorrow as this has just been one failing to another on your end.

Sales assistant put the phone down after me ordering my mattress and I overheard her saying “I could have got more money out of him”. This I found unacceptable.

the sales person entered the WRONG name and could not change the correct name .The delivery date needed changing and the salesperson could not CHANGE IT.I waited for half hour n had to leave the shop as they said the system would not allow them to change the delivery date . I left my contact details for them to call me when the system will be working. Today is Wednesday ,and i have NOT HEARD FROM THE branch.I called 0208452 1931 yestersday and this morning ,but nobody is picking the telephone and i left a message for them to contact me ....STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. i GOT A TEXT MESSAGE REGARDING THE DELIVERY DATE WHICH DOES NOT SUIT ME.

Bed ordered and paid for was not delivered on the delivery date. There was no record of our order and we had prepared my son's room forhis new bed. Bed will not be delivered for 2 more weeks so he will be sleeping on the floor till then. How satisfied would that make you feel?

After we paid the full amount of the order and being confirmed that the delivery will be the 24th of May, we received an email saying that due to a problem with the supplier, the bed will be deliveried in June. With only few days to moved out, we need to spend again a lot of money to buy new items while the refund is processed. The staff was not able to provide other solution to us. Very disappointed!!
