We paid for the 2hour window of delivery and the item arrived 2.5hrs after the window of time which was given that morning.

The price of the mattress. It is a bit overpriced and I expect probably overpriced to go in a sale in January- but we need the mattress now so forced to pay a premium price. No problems with store, staff or quality of product- all of those 3 were very good.

I don't think that there is any particular reason that made me choose Satisfied rather than Highly Satisfied. When I saw the question I just thought of my experience and I decided that I was just Satisfied with my experience just because nothing exceeding my expectation happened during my visit.

3 month wait for the furniture set we wanted. The shop had ran out of leaflets for certain info we were looking for. Aside from this everything other aspect was brilliant.

We visited Finchley Central store to buy a bed and mattress. The staff were very inexperienced and we were not attended to in a professional manner. We visited the Staples Corner store the following day and were attended to by Stela. She was excellent and the service we experienced was very professional. We ordered the mattress and bed with Stela and will return to order some furniture as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a bed or mattress to visit the store and be attended to by Stela. It was a pleasure being attended to by a person that was professional and knowledgeable of the products available giving us advice and help based on our needs.

I first went to Dreams near my house, found the staff rude, unhelpful and not showing any knowledge of the products there for making me leave the shop with no order. I then proceed later that day to try once again to try and order through a different store, here I found the staff friendly and helpful there for meaning I placed my orders with Dreams.

Although you had a full range of products available at the store, the range is somewhat confusing and it leaves one unsure as to real advantages of one product against another product. With the assistants, all products a good, have their own merits and benefits. It is clearly essential that some research is required and not to be pushed into immediate purchase. Maybe more independent research details or customer reviews could be made available, in store.

I had a certain budget and the assistant did not really give me options that were within my budget. All options provided were over budget and when I suggested something lower the assistant knocked my idea down. However, I am happy with the product that I have ordered and all over help provided.

Purely becaue the item we wanted was available to collect but ,after purchasing, when the item was given to us it had a hole in the bag which ment the mattress was dirty on the bottom corner. This was brought to the attention of the assistant who said that ,as there were no others in stock, to take that one away for now and he will replace it by getting one from another store. He also stated that as my partner wouldn't have access to the car he would drop it off and collect the other one. Have heard nothing since. I would have been happy to have taken the item at a discounted price and had it cleaned but this was not offered and i had paid for it before seeing it, so it appears that as long as the money had been taken , tough. To be honest it is a good product at a good price and i was going to get another exactly the same for my other daughter, as well as looking at some other items. Unfortunatley i will probably be looking elsewhere.
