When I went to the store, it was a quiet day so not sure any social distance guidelines were needed at that point. All the staff had on their masks so that was good. I greeted by Abdul (I think that was his name) with a wonderful smile and he was just excellent. Absolutely amazing person. He was so knowledgeable and also gave me plenty of time to try out all the products that was recommended to me after using that sleep machine thingy, but the greatest thing about him was that he listened well to my sleeping issues and recommended things that he thought would be great to me. He didn't push sales, he focused on how he could satisfy the customer's needs, which is the best way to sell. I was extremely happy with how he went about it, even if the bed does cost an arm and a leg. He even done his best to help me with that so thank you once again Abdul (sorry if I got your name wrong)

It was a very easy and quick experience. The employee knew exactly what they were talking about and everything was resolved quickly.

I solely made my purchase based on the great customer Service we received from her as that is the main key factor I look into when buying products especially something so expensive.

The assistant was great. She gave us space when we were testing our the products and was very knowledgeable, knew the store inside and out and understood what we were asking. Very clear throughout.
