The rep who served us, Ali, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He really showed an interest that we were served well and happy with the process to find a mattress. He led us through the sleep score test and explained it very well. I think the sleep score result itself could be improved because it does not indicate why it suggested a certain mattress over others. It would be more effective in helping us determine what exactly our needs are but it only spits out a few models and indicates we want a medium or firm mattress, it never explains why. This was not Ali's fault I believe the result of the sleep score should be more specific.

we visited the store 4 times before buying, in four visits they only offer us drinks in one of them.

As I'm moving to a new home I wanted to change the delivery address of my order. Unfortunately there is a not a straightforward process in place to allow this to be done for credit orders, despite having proof of my new address. I can't fault the helpfulness of the Dreams' staff though, they were excellent.
