When it came for our order to be taken, extras were added on quite quickly without me being sure what they were for. Fortunately I asked to see a breakdown and was able to filter out the ones I did not want. However, I can see how these easily slip past customers attention and I don't appreciate this sort of selling tactic.

I am paying a lot of money but having to wait a month for The bed. Competition was quicker on a previous purchase. Not enough choice in the store

Delivery date has been pushed back 2 weeks since my previous visit to the store merely 1 week earlier and the 2 pillows I was given free were not available as the promotion had ended - although the week earlier I was NOT told of this promotion OTHERWISE I would have placed the order then! Furtermore these pillows are now unavailable!!

Highly satisfied means a business is faultless & that is not realistic. There is always room for improvement The computer system seemed slow & the 'lead time' was much longer than i was hoping for as the advertising can be misleading i thought Dreams would be more efficient. Our assistant was excellent.

I was highly satisfied the sales assistant was super helpful she was the main reason I made the purchase I felt like she knew what she was talking about and was attentive. The store layout confusing a little I think she could see I was getting lost in the store for a moment while she was attending to another customer and I couldn’t find the item I was looking for. But she quickly came to help me after she helped the other customer. I also do feel like the delivery time is way too long with Dreams as I needed a bed quite urgently. Other than that great service!
