The member of staff who assisted me in finding a mattress (Store Manager) was knowledgeable and helpful, yet allowed me the space and time to try the products for myself and find the right one for me.

The store was relatively busy but I was given excellent attention by the store manager at Staples Corner Retail Park. He left me alone at points to ponder my choices so that I could have clarity of thought and make an informed decision based on his advice. He understood that these purchases can not be made without some attention to detail and I appreciated that. The whole team under his management seemed happy to assist at given points, which made it a really positive experience. Product knowledge was key to my decision to purchase and I felt this was very much in evidence.

As I have worked with over 50 furniture retailers my exposure is wide too many experience . Store ambience was average, not vibrant nor inviting and lighting a bit too dark .
