Very knowledgable sales person, and put us under no pressure at all. Which was refreshing change! Certainly knew what we were after after just a few minutes of us talking. We made the right choice, a delight to shop at Dreams.

On Wednesday 8th April 2015 me and my mum purchased a divan bed with the assistance of Mark at the Staples corner store. Mark was very friendly, approachable and very helpful. Within less than 20 minutes he sold us a bed and spent time explaining things such as delivery and return policies. We were very impressed with his assistance and if needed we will definantly return to this store. I haven't receieved the item yet however i'm sure i will not be dissapointed. Overall so far in the process i am a "happy customer".

The service was good. The sales assistant was not pushy, offered help but allowed us to browse, waited until we were ready to talk specifics and then offered informed assistance which my wife and I found helpful.

Nitil was the most fantastic salesperson. He was patient and kind while i tried all the beds.
