Dreams - Staples Corner

Mark at the Staples Corner branch was fantastic, he knew the products and I felt as though he understood what I was looking for. As a first time buyer of a mattress he understood my needs and was very helpful.

I received a quick and easy service, with a very friendly staff member. All questions were answered by a friendly and knowledgable sales man.

We initially visited Dreams in Brent Cross on the evening of Thursday 23rd July, we were barely greeted, let alone assisted on this visit and ended up leaving without purchasing the bed we'd looked at. The next day we purchased that same bed online, but returned to the store that evening to find a suitable mattress. This second trip to the store was a completely different experience, we were greeted and show around by Chris who took us through all the different options and subsequently found the right mattress for us which we then purchased in store. It certainly made up for the experience the day before and I'd happily recommend anyone to shop at this branch in the future.

The moment we walked through the door Mark came over and asked us if he could be of any assistance. We explained that we were looking for something special, a super king bed, top of the range mattress, headboard, protector and high tech cooling pillows. Mark walked us carefully and expertly through the entire range (as we like to be sure we have the right product). He is clearly exceptionally knowledgeable and this made the entire process an absolute dream (if you'll pardon the pun). Every question was answered in perfect detail and the process has left us feeling like there is only one choice of bed store going forward, and that is dreams. we decided to buy from dreams as the gentleman that help us believe his name was Chris must of been the manager seemed to know his stuff. his attitude and the way he explained the products was great. He made us feel like he cared about our needs and did not want to just rush us into buying something. We did visit a few other stores before this one but the service by Chris was outstanding

Very knowledgable sales assistance, made us a cup of coffee, showed us everything in our price range and did not try to sell us over our price range.
