Mr. Mark helped from the moment we went in which was very appreciated as we went directly after a long day at work. And the most important he explained to us everything in details.

I have been looking to replace my bed for the past 6 months and visited John lewis Bensons Furniture village and so on, i was at the point of giving up when a friend recommended me to visit Dreams in staples corner and see a guy called Chris, I have to say he was excellent he took his time to understand my needs and gave me many options, i explained i was not looking to purchase on the day but that didn't put him off he still gave me a fantastic service and by the end of it i decided to purchase, we have two more room that need new beds so chris will see us again with the next few months

The assistant was professional and personable explaining all about the various mattresses , let us try them out and tried to find a mattress to suit our different needs with no feeling that we were being pressurised to buy

The quality of the bed is great, as was the price! The staff were attentive, without being over bearing.

The store colleague (Mariana at Staple's Corner London) was extremely personable, and knowledgable of the products, she was also very good at balancing questions and recommendations with leaving my wife and I alone to try some beds by ourselves. I didn't feel pushed nor ignored at any point. It was very well done. The store also has a very well laid out range to understand all options available and very clear pricing so you can see exactly what is on offer and what it costs.

Your staff Mariana was well versed with the product and it was easy for me to decide what I wanted. She went out of the way to explain and ensured quick delivery of the beds and matresses I wanted.
