Welcoming staff with a great knowledge and patience! The member of staff that assisted us showed us a range of mattress and answered lots of queries, and he wasn't pushy at all.

It was a simple process from start to finish. We had many stipulations and we were listened to and advised accordingly. The staff were helpful but not pushy.
