The service was good nice and polite, the store had whati was looking for in a bed.

The consultant Mark was very helpful, gave us time to make us our mind, had very good knowledge about mattress, we choose very good one with his help. Very tidy and we'll organised store. We loved the cup of tea :)

We visited the Dreams store in Staples Corner and were greeted by friendly and warm staff. We had been looking for a bed for our son who is about to undergo major back surgery in the summer. The staff were patient and listened to all our requirements and actually identified a mid-range mattress that was correct for our son's future needs and they didnt try to sell us the most expensive mattress which would not have been correct for him due to his back issues. We didnt feel at any time that the staff were putting us under any pressure to buy. The store was well presented and it was a pleasure to be served. Customer service and care was of the highest standard. We will definitely be coming back in the summer when we plan to buy new beds for our daughters.
