Found the perfect mattress for our new house in just two visits. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to choose which mattress worked best for us.

Mark at Staples Corner was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Just turned something quite mundane into an experience. Very patient and didnt try and push for me to buy something out of my budget. Once I said I was settled on a mattress that was that.

We went to Dreams to find a profiling bed for my mother who has arthritis. The store attendant showed the beds available and then left us to test them for as long as we wanted. We did not feel pressurised into buying but also felt he was onhand if we needed to ask a question. The order process went smoothly and he sorted out the VAT exemption.

I knew exactly what I wanted, the person who dealt with my request was very efficient and sorted the sales as quick as possible. Great customer care with a smile .

The Salesperson was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for. He instantly shown us the product and more and finally we returned to the first one and made a decision. Very pleasant guy.

From the movement we walked in I was approached by Chris.He asked us if we needed any help and I explained I was looking for a mattress and a bed for my son who was with me.He took a pillar and with my son of they went to try different mattresses.i Liked that we where not rushed and Chris spent the time explaining to us about the different mattresses Dreams offered.Im the type of woman that likes to look at different shops before I buy but I was happy to buy without going anywhere else. I actually said I will return to him as my partner and I need a new mattress and looking to invest in a Tempur bed.Chris is the type of assistant you need in a shop where customers will return and recommend.I spent £1000.00 and that was the quickest £1000.00 I have spent.Even my son commented when we left 'he was nice'.

We were helped by one of your associates who was so helpful and knowledgeable, that we've felt we made the right choice straight away. This lady was extremely polite, making us feel welcome at the same time providing us with good advice. That is the type of customer experience that the brand should always strive to offer.

We visited the shop looking for a quality mattress but we did not have much information about the products. Stela, a saleswoman approached and, after offering a cup of tea, she explained the differences between the various types of mattresses offered. She also explained that we had to take at least 10 minutes on the mattress to feel if it is suitable for us. After having tried several we found the right one and she explained to us the various payment methods and what we could add to the purchase (the base of the bed, headboard, pillows, sheets, etc.). Then she explained to us how it is made the delivery. At this point we have purchased the product with a financial. What we liked was the time that the saleswoman has dedicated to us, without hurry, with professionalism and competence.
