The assistant explained all types of mattresses have they were made, asked us our needs, have we sleep, our price range, very polite and friendly and gave us the time to process our needs and choice, no forcing or time limit.

Amir was helpful and friendly. His service was the reason we bought the bed there and then as he was clear, concise and extremeley knowledgeable. I cannot remember the last time I received such excellent customer service.

Ramin was very approachable and friendly but without being overbearing or pushy. He was knowledgable about the products and helped us to find what we were looking for. He made the whole trip faster and easier than it would have been on our own. We thought he was very good.

The Shop assistance Mark was great as he explained how the different types of mattress worked, he also explained how the insurance was a great service to purchase as it would cover any type of damage to the bed and the mattress. He should all the types they provide and made sure that we chose the one we wanted and were satisfied with.

We found our Sales Assistant Stela very pleasant and informative but she was not pushy or gave too much information all at once. All purchases were given delivery dates to suit us. A very pleasant experience
