Myself and my partner entered the store with minimal knowledge on what we wanted. I was asked by Mark if we needed any help. He answered every question we had with confidence and excellent product knowledge. He educated us about the different mattresses in store and which one would best suit our needs. We explained that we were expecting our first child and he recommended a bed that would fit in out room perfectly with a cot.
