Upon arrival to the store in Staples Corner, this was our second visit as we had visited before, Mark had attended to us on both occasions. He was very professional and friendly and answer all of our questions about the bed we wanted and also gave really good reassurance on the health and safety question that was opposed to him. He went through everything in fine detail from the purchase to the point of sale. We left feeling happy and very satisfied.
