I was approached in a very friendly way straight away by Wozciech who new his product and did not try to steer me in the wrong direction. He dealt with what I needed very professionally. I was also given a very nice cup of tea by Krystal. All together it was a very pleasent way of parting with my money for a necessary purchase. Well done.
