The manager in the store was friendly, courteous and efficient. He had good product knowledge. The delivery team Paul K and Dyllon were just as great and made sure I understood the mechanism and how to dismantle or pack away for my imminent move.

I was highly statisfied with the customer service. Information provide was acceptation and the store Manger explained what needs to be done paying for My bed.

Very experienced sales representative who understood what we wanted in terms of usage, quality and price. Efficient , helpful and honest without trying to sell a more expensive item .

Krystal was very helpful when I visited two weeks before, providing me with useful information and a welcome cup of tea. I decided to come back with my husband for the Boxing Day sale. Krystal remembered me, greeted us warmly, as did her colleague Mark, and the transaction proceeded smoothly despite the store being very busy. We were very satisfied with her knowledge and help.

I went on Boxing Day and although the store was busy with customers my salesman Mark gave me all the attention plus the information I required in order to purchase my bed.He made me aware that after the delivery if I was not comfortable with the mattress is could exchange it under the 40 night guarantee

greeted by the manager who took us to the bed we had come to see , a member of staff offered us tea or coffee , very nice tea , a second staff member Ali then proceeded to offer us assistance fetched pillows other than the ones on the bed , so we could try the different ones available .very knowledgeable person , he offered us all the help we required , very pleasant , good manners. as we need top sheets he showed us the selection and we purchased 3 . any further items we need that Dreams stock we will consider them our first call . many thanks to your staff for a good shopping experience Mr and Mrs W Gillespie
