we had visited another bed store in staples corner and left disapointed. Popedinto dreams and from the get go Abdul who served us was brilliant! He greeted us from the moment we walked in, enquired about what we were looking for and immediately talked us through the process. The sleep match experience as well as the offer of a beverage was a really nice touch. Abdul gave us ample time to try out the beds based of sleep match as well as what we anted. As we were pressed for time and seeking a quick deliver of our new mattress, Abdul ensured that we not only narrowed our choices and ensured we were satisfied with our selection but more significantly made sure that it was within our delivery schedule. He did not try to upsell any other products but instead asked if we wanted add-ons and then provided us with those as well. He was professional, knowledgeable and made the experience seamless. We can't thank him enough. He is an asset. Well done!

The experience was really positive. Adbul greeted my wife & I upon arrival and was with us all the way through the process, was super knowledgable and we were very impressed.

Elizabeth was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. She took great lengths to ensure that I had a good understanding of my sleep position, the importance of spine postion whilst lying down and ave me time to ensure that I was satisfied prior to completing my purchase. At one point the store manager had to offer assistance as I raised a complaint about the poor service that I had experienced at the Wembley store and he too gave me a second to none service. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I would like to say Elizabeth who served us throughout was INCREDIBLE. She helped with everything and was polite and very understanding. Top tier worker, helped us decide mattresses for the next 8 years. Exceptional service throughout. Spent a long time with us and ended up buying nearly £3000 worth of stuff. Very good. Zamir - who looked after me was friendly/ knowledgeable and not at all pushy . He was very patient and showed me a variety of options .

The staff were friendly and approachable and not pushy - the latter is very important for me as these experiences can sometimes feel like a hard sale situation but I didn't feel under any pressure. In the end we bought an ex-display mattress on offer and the staff member (possibly called Cameron?) was very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to buy from.

Nada was really good in tending to our needs. Nada was amazing in her customer service and in explaining all the details about the products on offer. Nada took time to check we were happy with everything and was very accommodating to all our requests. Overall the store staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I was given a few choices for the motion bed, and they did everything to understand my requirements and gave me options. Some were pricey, but I chose something I could afford. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They sympathised with my mother being in a care home. I wanted to buy a bed that would be just as good, or better, as what she has in the care home.
