I found the service very efficient and not oversold too, we were allowed time to look at different beds and I also liked the fact the salesman, Ali, didn't recommend one (even though we asked) as he knew a mattress is very personal. I also liked that you will deliver so quickly and the cover seems like a no brainer.

Krystal was very attentive to our needs, she asked pertinent questioms to find out exactly what would suit us best and her manner was welcoming and engaging without being pushy. She offered tea and her personal opinion on certain products and explained the credit options very clearly.
