Jay was very helpful from start to finish. He processed the transaction quickly and smoothly. He answered all my questions with confidence and explained in detail all the aspects of the transaction. Overall great customer service and I'm very pleased with him.

The assistant krystal was a lovely lady very helpful and was very understanding about what I was looking for. As I suffer with arthritis in my back and ankle she had good knowledge and information about mattresses, that helped me pick the right one for me. The staff was very nice and pleasant even tho the shop was closing they did'nt rush us and told us to still take are time all so asking us if we would like tea or coffee. I though that was a nice thing!! And I must say i used the toilets and thay were very clean. happy bunny for that!!😊

Both Krystal and Wojciech were very helpful and friendly and gave intelligent and useful advice without being pushy for a sale. We were extremely satisfied with the service.

Upon entering the Dreams Store located in Staples Corner, London NW2, the Store Manager, Turk, immediately greeted us and asked us what type of bed he could help us with and also asked if we would like a tea, or coffee. His colleague Ramin, then came over and gave us advice on all the different beds. The service we received from Ramin was great, it was not hard sales, and he was able to give us full explanations to any questions we asked. We decided to purchase an Insignia 3000 pocket spring divan bed and headboard and are very excited to receive it.

We wouldn't normally provide feedback on products; but we were really impressed with the calm atmosphere in the store, with the store assistants who were there when we needed them but gave us plenty of space when we didn't, and who weren't at all 'pushy', just helpful. We haven't yet had the product delivered, but we think its just what we were looking for. Thank you!
