I had previously been to another Dreams store and staff were totally unhelpful and rude and the guy just walked away. So I drove to Staples Corner Dreams in North London - not far from the first store. What a difference. I was greeted by 2 smiling assistants. Krystal helped me &was great. So helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was offered tea or coffee too. She was very patient, answered all my questions, let me try a number of beds etc & so I revised my ideas - to buy a cheap bed seen online - and went for a better one - and bought a headboard. As she was so helpful, I also asked about an adjustable double bed - which I want to buy in a few months - she showed me the full range, explained all the differences and let me try them, even though I was not buying then. She discussed my needs and gave me the details of the bed I liked, even measured the height of it for me - in feet and inches which I prefer. I intend to go back and buy it in the autumn and will definitely return to Dreams Staples Corner and call to ensure Krystal can be there to help me. You have a truly excellent saleswoman - knowledgeable, charming and helpful in a very natural way. Thank you Krystal!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering me something to drink whilst I was completing my order. I was offered a quick delivery date but as I was not available on this date I was offered another just as close. I was also giving a gift for being the first purchase of the day. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.
