Dreams - Staples Corner

This is our very first experience in Dreams and also first buy from this reputable company . The salesman was very helpful and was able to explain various products to us. The mattresses of our choice was just what we were looking for. We were allowed to lie down and feel the comfort of the mattress . The atmosphere in the showroom was bright and above all very welcoming . We were offered financial option to buy the mattress . We really felt it was a personalised service and all our questions were answered professionally. The staff members were all very polite and friendly . We also did enjoy the free coffee and tea on arrival. This speaks volume . It was a positive experience .

By far the quality of your sales assistant (name of Krystal) made all the difference to our customer experience. She was fantastically friendly, knowledgeable and provided an enjoyable environment creating an air of trust and no pressure. We did shop around with your competitors and see other beds which we liked. However, in terms of customer service , Krystal was the reason we returned and gave our custom to Dreams. Krystal was able to understand our needs , help narrow down our search and provide recommendations and options making it easier for us to shop. She also introduced us to her manager Turk who was high knowledgeable and able to help with more complicated questions around delivery and logistics. Dream customer service teams - you have top talent. Please recognise this and recognise them. Its Krystal and Turk who are making the difference for your customers!

The assistant was very helpful enabling me to make a decision of what divan/mattress set to purchase within my price range.

Wojciech (not sure of surname) was extremely helpful in his knowledge and patience with us as we searched for our 2 year daughters bed and mattress. He had deep product knowledge and was able to give appreciated open and honest advice. Would definitely want to ensure he is recognised internally.

We went to Staples Corner branch in London. The store is big and airy, beds are very clean. The team is excellent, very helpful, know what they are talking about. Prices are so high.... but not higher than everywhere else, jyst high generally.... we bought a mattress for £1800.... never even knew that the mattress czn cost his much... but thank you! it's a lovely one...

I was very extremely happy with the costumer service I received by Krystal. She was friendly, had a very good product knowledge and was very attentive. she was listening to my needs, helped me finding the best product suitable for my budget without pushing or make me feel she is only intending to sell. I am not sure how satisfied I would be with the quality of my purchased product, but I have 40 nights to try it anyways and I am very happy to have this option. Hopefully I will be as satisfied ad I was with the service I received.
