We were looking for a good mattress and went to the store where we weren't expecting to be very well treated by a seller. He was very helpful and he explained everything to us and we bought more things like pillows and cover mattress.

Krystal was fantastically friendly and informative. She advised us, without pointing us to the most expensive item but understanding our needs. She also gave an honest opinion when we asked for it.

The customer service was brilliant, Krystal, who was the member helped me all the way through, she was very clearly speaking, friendly, helpful and not pushy, most importantly, she was efficient and accurate all the way especially when she was doing ordering. Very impressed by her standard of customer service. Also the other team members are very friendly and helpful too.
