Extremely helpful staff who made us aware of a much cheaper option of the same mattress that we were purchasing because it was ex display but absolutely perfect for our needs. Mattress topper was not on display in size required but staff member looked in stock room and found one.

Sales advisor gave good product knowledge and let me know that I can return the mattress after 40 nights if not suitable, he also made me aware of other services such as product insurance and a service to put up the bed which would have been had for me to do
