At the end I managed to get everthing I was looking for the customer service was excellent, clear understand on prices , quality of product, guarantee of the product .

Amira was exceptional and she was the difference of ordering with dreams or bensons. She wasn't pushy and let us have a browse then approached us and showed the best mattress in the uk. She offered tea and coffee and even biscuits. After we choose our firmness of tempur she showed us the pillows which I am pleased she did as I suffer from neck problems. She was very quick in processing our order and I would like to personally thank her.
